摘要
为了提高可德胶的水溶性,对其进行磺酸化改性研究。本实验是在氮气保护下,以二甲亚砜作溶剂,选择不同水浴温度(如:40℃、50℃、60℃、70℃)下持续搅拌9 h,然后加入0.5 g三氧化硫-吡啶,继续搅拌2 h后,用0.5 mol/L的NaOH中和后于去离子水中进行透析,最后在50℃下旋转蒸发浓缩。结果表明:当反应温度65℃(4#)时,所制得的磺酸化改性可德胶具有较好的溶解性。
In order to improve the water-soluble properties of curdlan, the curdlan modified by sulfonated was prepared. In this experiment, under the protection of nitrogen, curdlan was dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide, then 0.5 g sulfur trioxide-pyridine was added to curdlan with continuous stirring for another 2 h, finally neutralized with 0.5 mol/L NaOH. Then deionized water was used to do dialysis, finally at 50 ℃, curdlan modified by sulphonic acid was obtained by rotary evaporation. When at 65℃(4 #), curdlan modified by sulfonated acid had much better solubility.
