摘要
旋转式屏蔽门广泛应用于开放型放射性实验室和反应堆配套设施中,为实现其自动启闭功能,文中研制出一套旋转启闭式门控装置,通过特殊的结构设计和设计计算,该装置具有通用性好、适应性强、安全性和可操作性高等特点,并兼具手动功能,极大地提高了重型屏蔽门的操作便捷性,可应用于各种放射性场所中不同结构的旋转式屏蔽门的自动启闭;研制过程中,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对装置进行了数值计算,结果表明:装置的结构强度满足要求。试验验证结果证实该旋转启闭式门控装置满足屏蔽门自动启闭的要求。
The shielding door with revolving open-close method is widely used in open and radioactive laboratory and supporting facilities of the reactor. In order to realize its automatic open-close function, this paper develops a door control device with revolving open-close method using special structure and calculation design. The device has advantages of excellent generality, high adaptability, safety, operability, manual function. The operation convenience of the heavy shielding door is greatly improved by using this device; it can be applied in different structure of shielding doors with revolving open-close method used in various radioactive places. Numerical calculation of the device is carried out in the development process using ANSYS software. The result indicates that the strength of the device can satisfy the requirement; and automatic open-close function of the device is verified by experiments.
