摘要
介绍了全高封闭式地铁屏蔽门机械系统中门体材料及工艺、净开宽度、净高度、承受载荷和门机驱动系统,以及电气系统中的供电系统、控制系统和监视系统的设计方法与工程应用。对屏蔽门的障碍物探测功能进行了优化设计,提高了整个系统的可靠性与安全性。
This paper aims at providing a comprehensive introduction to subway's full height closed screen door, ranging from door's material and process, net width of opening, net height, allowable loads and door drive system to design method and engineering application of power system of electrical system, control system, and monitoring system. It explained an optimized design of obstacles' detection function to improve overall system reliability and security.
