自动变速器功能性试验系统设计

摘要 根据国家汽车标准对汽车自动变速器总成的试验要求,提出了一种自动变速器功能性试验系统。通过对该试验系统的组成和工作原理分析,设计了自动变速器试验台控制系统。采用异步电动机作为试验系统驱动装置,利用交流测功机实现系统的动态加载。该试验系统具有良好的运行效果,能够准确地模拟自动变速器的加载情况,满足设计要求。为提升自动变速器的结构工艺和质量检测提供了较为可靠的科学依据。 According to the test requirements of automotive transmission which are specified in the national vehicle standards, a performance test system for automotive transmission is presented. The compositions and the working principles of the test system are analyzed to design the control system of the automotive transmission. The asynchronous motor is used to drive the test system, and the AC dynamometer is used to realize the dynamic loading. The test system operation shows the system performing perfectly, and it can simulate the real-loading conditions of the transmission, and it satisfies the design request. Through the design of the test-bed, it can provide a reliable scientific basis for improving the structure process design and the quality requirements for the automatic transmission.
