摘要
浙江省提出了建设"两富浙江"的奋斗目标,赋予了新型职业农民新的内涵。为了研究浙江省新型职业农民的基本素质和学习需求,对省内150名职业农民进行了问卷调查和走访。根据浙江新型职业农民学习需求和现代农业的发展趋势,充分发挥远程教育的优势,通过确定科学合理的人才培养目标、制定符合学生发展需求的教学实施方案、提供丰富的学习资源等措施,探索新型职业农民培养的远程教育模式,为"三农"发展提供人才资源和智力的支撑。
Zhejiang has put forward the construction goal of ＂Double Rich Zhejiang＂, which gave new connotation of the new professional farmers. In order to study the new professional farmers＇ basic quality and learning needs in Zhejiang province, about 150 professional farmers in the province were carried on by the questionnaire survey and visiting. According to the learning needs of Zhe- jiang new professional farmers and the development trend of modern agriculture, the advantages of distance education were made full use to explore new professional farmers cultivating mode of distance education and provide human resources and intellectual support for the ＂three rural＂ development, through the determination of reasonable talent cultivating objective, formulation of the teaching plan meeting the demand of students＇ development and the supply abundant learning resources, etc.
