摘要
石斛,中药所用石斛为兰科石斛植物,可做药用的石斛有20多种[1]。《中国药典》(2000版)收录5种药用石斛。《神农本草经》中记载其为上品药。《本草纲目拾遗》记载其"清胃除虚热,生津,已虚劳,以之以代茶,开胃健脾。"石斛性微寒,味甘、淡,有养胃生津,滋阴清热之功。能够降低血糖、抑制肿瘤,健脾开胃、护肝利胆、明亮眼目,还能够促进循环,强筋健骨,润养肌肤,延年益寿。
Dendrobium used in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） is orchidaceous plants, can be used as medicinal dendrobium stem has more than 20 kinds, and the Chinese pharmacopoeia（2000 edition） includes 5 kinds of medicinal dendrobium stems. It is a top grade medicine which was recorded in Shennong Bencao Jing. The Bencao Gangmu Shiyi recorded ＂ clearing stomach and removine heat-dampness, promoting fluid production, dismissing consumptive disease, stimulating appetite for strengthening spleen＂.Dendrobium is cold, tastes sweet and pale, and has effect on nourishing the stomach for promoting production of fluid and nourishing yin and clearing heat. It can reduce blood glucose and inhibit tumor, stimulating appetite for strengthening spleen, protecting stagnat-ed liver qi for promoting bile flow, bright eyes, also can promote circulation, strengthen the muscles and bones, nourish the skin, and prolong life.
