摘要
目的分析中医护理对尿毒症血液透析患者存活质量的影响。方法将就诊的100例尿毒症血液透析患者随机分为观察组和对照组,均50例。对照组患者在血液透析过程中使用常规方法护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施中医护理。结果观察组患者在焦虑评分、抑郁评分、满意程度评分均明显优于对照组患者,所有差异均显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论在对尿毒症血液透析患者实施护理的过程中,在常规护理基础上进行中医护理能够明显提升患者生活质量,有着极高应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of TCM nursing on the quality of survival in patients with uremia hemodialysis. Methods100 cases of patients with uremia hemodialysis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group used conventional nursing method in the process of hemodialysis. The observation group used TCM nursing on the basis of conventional nursing. Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group in the anxiety score, depression score and satisfaction scores, and there was significantly statistical difference（ P〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the process of implementation of the nursing in patients with uremia hemodialysis, on the basis of conventional nursing, TCM nursing care can significantly improve patients＇ quality of life, and has a high application value.
