摘要
采用以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚己二酸1,4-丁二醇酯二醇(PBA)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为主要原料合成水性聚氨酯.对聚氨酯预聚体在乳化过程中影响相反转的条件进行了研究,并对产品进行红外光谱、TG、DSC和力学性能等测试.结果表明:采用亲水扩链剂DMPA加入PBA软段的方式,DMPA用量为PBA质量的4%、物质的量比nTEA/nDMPA=1∶1,乳化温度在25 ℃的条件下最先完成相反转.产品固含量为41.6%,吸水率为7.1%,胶膜延伸率为486.7%.
Waterborne polyurethane(WPU) was synthesized from isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),poly-1,4-butylene glycol adipate diol(PBA),and dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA) precursors.The factors impact on the phase reversal in the process of self-emulsifying of WPU have been investigated using several technologies.The experimental results shown that the phase reversal was completed at the amount of soft segment added hydrophilic chain extendor is 4%,the mole ratio of triethylamine/DMPA(nTEA/nDMPA) is 1,and the emulsify temperature is at 25 ℃.The solid content,water absorption rate,and gum elongation is 41.6%,7.1%,and 486.7%,respectively.
