Sui and Tang Dynasties in ancient China were the unification of the empires. Under the powerful central political power, the political, economic and military powers of the Empire were unprecedented. The central and local relations were further strengthened, followed by perfecting and extending the network traffic. Shu Roads as the connection of Guanzhong and Bashu and the southwest transportation lifeline, meant much to the rulers. With the development of Wen Chuan Road, timely repairing of roads, and setting of reasonable Hall post, Shu Roads promoted the prosperity in Sui and Tang Dynasties.
