摘要
目的探讨对腹泻患者进行肠道黏膜保护剂与抗生素联合干预对其预后的改善影响以及临床意义。方法选取2015年2月至2016年2月因腹泻来我院进行诊治的患者100例为实验对象,随机分为对照组(A组,n=50)和实验组(B组,n=50)。A组患者给予常规治疗,B组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用思密达以及甲硝唑。同时观察两组患者预后的改善,比较临床疗效。结果常规治疗组(A组)的临床总有效率为65%,思密达联合甲硝唑治疗组(B组)的临床总有效率为94%,B组疗效明显优于A组(P<0.05);B组平均止泻时间为(46.2±9.47)h,明显小于A组的平均止泻时间(84.5±14.63)h,两组疗效差异有统计学(P<0.05)。B组患者家属的总满意度为92%,A组患者家属的总满意度为66%,B组明显优于A组(P<0.05)。结论肠道黏膜保护剂与抗生素联合干预对腹泻预后改善作用大,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and influence of gastrointestinal mucosa protectant intergrated with antibiotic in the treatment of diarrhea. Method 100 patients with diarrhea in children admited to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were distributed to routine treatment group（A group, n=50） and gastrointestinal mucosa protectant intergrated with antibiotic treatment group（B group, n=50） randomly. The patients in A group treated with Conventional medicine and methods, while in B group, the patients treated with smecta intergrated with metronida on the basic of conventional medicine and methods. At last, observed the improvement of the prognosis of patients and compared the clinical curative effect between the two groups. Result Under our experimental condition, the total effective rate in A group was 65%, while in B group, the total effective rate was 94%, which meant the curative effect in B group was better than A group（P〈0.05）. In B group, the average antidiarrheal time was（46.2±9.47） h, the antidiarrheal time in A group was（84.5±14.63） h, which with significant differences（P〈0.05）. Meanwhile, the rate of satisfaction in whole B group patients was 92%, which was significant higher than the A group patients with the rate of satisfaction in patients was 66%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of gastrointestinal mucosa protectant combined with antibiotic in the treatment of diarrhea is distinct, which is deserve to popularize and apply in clinic treatment associated with the symptoms of diarrhea.
