摘要
目的:了解北京市房山区第一医院(以下简称"我院")门、急诊糖皮质激素的应用情况及其合理性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:利用医院信息系统,每月按比例随机抽取含糖皮质激素的门、急诊处方,共抽取993张,对糖皮质激素的使用情况及合理性进行统计与分析。结果:993张门、急诊糖皮质激素处方中,不合理用药处方59张,不合理用药率为5.94%,主要为联合用药不适宜;疼痛门诊为使用糖皮质激素最多的科室;糖皮质激素多用于骨科疾病的治疗;使用注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠的处方数最多。结论:我院门、急诊糖皮质激素的使用基本合理,但仍存在少数不合理用药的情况,需加强管理,规范糖皮质激素的临床应用。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application status and rationality of glucocorticoid in outpatient and emergency prescriptions in the First Hospital of Beijing Fangshan District（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）,so as to provide reference for the rational application of drugs in clinic. METHODS： By hospital information system（ HIS）,the outpatient and emergency prescriptions with glucocorticoid were randomly and monthly sampled from our hospital,totally 993 prescriptions were extracted. Statistical analysis was conducted on the application status and rationality of glucocorticoid. RESULTS： Of the 993 prescriptions,irrational prescriptions were 59 cases,and the irrational rate was5. 94%,mainly performed as improper drug combination. The pain clinic took the lead of application of glucocorticoid.And glucocorticoid often used in treatment of orthopedic diseases. Prescriptions of methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injections dominated the first place. CONCLUSIONS： The application of glucocorticoid in outpatient and emergency department of our hospital was basically rational,yet there are still some irrational phenomenon,which need to strengthen the management and standard of application of glucocorticoid in clinic.
