摘要
目的了解糖皮质激素在小儿支气管肺炎的应用情况并分析其用药合理性。方法选取医院2012年1月儿科使用了糖皮质激素的支气管肺炎患儿69例,分析糖皮质激素的使用情况。结果处方中使用频率最高的为吸入用布地奈德混悬液,其次为注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠、注射用氢化可的松琥珀酸钠、地塞米松磷酸钠注射液、醋酸泼尼松片。结论住院儿科支气管肺炎患者糖皮质激素使用基本合理。
Objective To understand the application situation of guleoeorticosteroids in child bronchopneumonia and to analyze its appli- cation rationality. Methods 69 children cases of bronchialpneumonia with glucocorticosteroid use in our hospital in January 2012 were selected and their glucocorticosteroid use situation was analyzed. Results In the prescriptions, inhaled Budesonide Suspension Liquid had the highest use frequency,followed by Methylprednisolone Sodium Sueeinate for Injection,Hydrocortisone Sodium Succinate for Injection, Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate for Injection and Prednisone Acetate Tablet. Conclusion The gulcocortieosteroids use is basically rea- sonable in children inpatients with bronchialpneumonia in the pediatric department.
