摘要
目的:了解南京医科大学第一附属医院(以下简称"我院")手术患者围术期帕瑞昔布、氟比洛芬酯应用情况,探讨不同手术中帕瑞昔布、氟比洛芬酯的给药时间、剂量及疗程,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:抽取我院2014—2015年普外科、脑外科、胸外科和骨科手术病历987份,对患者围术期镇痛药帕瑞昔布、氟比洛芬酯的使用情况进行回顾性分析。结果:帕瑞昔布在我院术前、术中和术后均有使用,其中术前和术后以单一用药为主,术中以联合用药为主。氟比洛芬酯则主要用于术后,且多为联合用药。结论:我院已重视非甾体抗炎药类镇痛药的联合应用,但进一步设计最佳镇痛药组合、以取得最大镇痛效果和最小不良反应,仍需临床和药学部门长期观察和探索。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application status of parecoxib and flurbiprofen in surgical patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University（ hereinafter referred to as（ ＂our hospital＂）,to probe into the administration time,dosage and treatment course of parecoxib and flurbiprofen in different surgeries,so as to provide reference for the rational drug use in clinic. METHODS： 987 medical records were extracted from department of general surgery,cerebral surgery,thoracic surgery and orthopaedics during 2014-2015. Retrospective analysis was conducted on the application of parecoxib and flurbiprofen in patients during perioperative period. RESULTS：Parecoxib was used in before operation,during operation and after operation,single administration was mainly for before operation and after operation,and during operation was mainly for drug combination. Flurbiprofen often used in after operation,and mainly as drug combination. CONCLUSIONS： Our hospital attached more importance on the combination of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. However,the long-term observation and exploration by the clinical and pharmacy department is still necessary in order to further design the best drug combination for analgesia and obtain the most significant effect of analgesia and minimal adverse reactions.
