帕瑞昔布超前镇痛用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的观察帕瑞昔布钠对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者超前镇痛效果及安全性。方法 ASA1～2级择期行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者60例,随机分为两组,每组30例。研究组麻醉诱导前静注帕瑞昔布钠40mg,对照组麻醉诱导前不用任何镇痛药。记录术后15min、1h、2h、4h、8h、12h疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及不良反应。结果研究组术后各时点VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论帕瑞昔布钠40mg超前镇痛应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术镇痛效果确切,不良反应发生率低,有利于患者的术后恢复。
