摘要
目的探讨维持性血液透析患者血清瘦素(leptin)水平与营养状况的关系。方法抽取接诊的维持性血液透析患者50例进行研究,作为研究组,而同期接待的健康体检者80例作为对照组,两组对象均测定血清瘦素水平,所用测定方法为ELISA法,同时对两组营养指标进行测定,并组间比较分析。结果研究组血清瘦素水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组营养指标如白蛋白、前白蛋白、补体等均低于对照组(P<0.05),且与血清瘦素水平呈明显负相关。结论维持性血液透析患者血清瘦素水平明显较高,且有不同程度营养不良,应加强重视。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum leptin level and nutritional status in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods Extraction admissions of maintenance hemodialysis patients 50 cases studied, as the study group, 80 cases over the same period, the reception of healthy persons as the control group, subjects in two groups were measured in serum leptin levels, method for the determination of the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the nutritional index of the two groups were measured, and inter group comparison and analysis.Results Serum leptin levels were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05); research groups of nutrition indicators such as albumin, pre albumin and complements were lower than. the control group (P〈0.05) and and serum leptin level was significantly negative correlation. Conclusion The level of serum leptin in maintenance hemodialysis patients was obviously higher, and there are different degrees of malnutrition, which should be strengthened.
