摘要
总结了30 MVA大型硅钙合金电炉生产过程在配碳量、电气和几何参数、炉体旋转、开堵眼以及清包等方面出现的问题,并提出了改进措施。实践表明,大型硅钙合金电炉可实现连续生产长达3年以上,节能效果显著,综合能耗可降低28%,产品主元素含量高,C、S等杂质含量低。
The production problems of large 30 MVA silico-calcium furnace proportions of carbon, electrical and geometrical parameters, furnace body rotation, opener-mutgun and clear bag and so on were summarized in this article.And the improvement measures were also put forward. Practice shows that more than 3 years of the large silico-calcium furnace continuous production has realized with remarkable energy-saving effect and comprehensive energy consumption reduced by 28%.The main element content of product is high and the content of impurities is low such as C, S and so on.
