摘要 以Q960E高强钢为研究对象,采用横向拉伸、纵向冲击及金相观察实验,研究了回火温度对其组织性能的影响。结果表明,随着回火温度的提高,钢板强度逐渐下降但均满足标准要求;当回火温度为620℃时,屈服强度和抗拉强度下降明显,冲击韧性上升。从性能指标和焊接工艺方面综合考虑,600℃为最佳回火温度。 Q960E high strength steel was tested by transverse tensile,longitudinal impact and metallographic observation to study the effect of tempering temperature on the microstructure and properties. The results showed that the strength could meet the standards while the strength of plate decreasing with the tempering temperature rising. When the tempering temperature was at 620 ℃,the yield strength and tensile strength were decreased significantly,but the impact toughness was increased. The 600 ℃ was the best tempering temperature when considering the performance index and the welding process.
