摘要
采用不含硼的化学成分设计及合理的控制轧制和控制冷却工艺,利用离线调质热处理工艺在宽厚板生产线上开发一种高强度工程机械用Q890D钢板。研究表明:通过提高钢水纯净度,采用合适的控轧控冷工艺和离线调质热处理工艺,不含强淬透性元素B的合金化设计,可以开发出厚度40 mm以下Q890D热轧宽厚板,所有试制钢板力学性能稳定,高周疲劳性能以及焊接性能优良。
A kind of high strength steel plate Q890D used for engineering machinery was developed on the heavy plate line with the boron-free chemistry composition, appropriate TMCP parameters and off-line quenched-tempered. The results showed that due to the improved steel purity, the proprietary controlled rolling and cooling process, suitable off-line quenched-tempered process and the boron-free chemistry composition, the Q890D heavy plates of up to 40 mm thickness could be developed. The test plates had stable mechanical properties, good high-cycle fatigue properties and welding properties.
