数字医学技术在手指缺损再造中的应用效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨数字医学技术在手指缺损再造中的临床应用效果。方法选取2013年10月~2015年10月我院诊治的64例手指缺损患者资料进行分析,采用随机对照方法将患者分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用传统手术治疗,试验组手指缺损再造中采用数字医学技术,比较两组修复治疗效果。结果试验组手指再造后优良率为81.3%,显著高于对照组(优良率为62.5%)(P〈0.05);试验组手术时间、术中出血量,显著少于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论手指缺损再造患者中采用数字医学技术效果理想,能够提高手术成功率,提高临床疗效,值得推广应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of digital medical technology reconstruction of defects in the fingers. Methods 64 cases of finger defects patient data from October 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital,were analyzed using the method of randomized controlled patients were divided into a control group and the experimental group and the control group using traditional surgery,the experimental group of finger defects reengineering digital medical technology,restorative treatment effect between the two groups. Results The experimental group was 81.3% excellent finger reconstruction,significantly higher (excellent rate of 62.5%) (P〈0.05);the experimental group operative time,blood loss,significantly less than the control group (P〈0.05 ). Conclusion Finger defect reconstruction using the patient over the effect of digital medical technology,can improve the success rate,improve clinical outcomes,should be widely applied.
