摘要
近10年来,我国经历了从数字人到数字医学的快速发展过程,数字医学技术广泛应用于普通外科疾病的诊断和治疗,通过三维重建、仿真手术技术极大提高了疾病诊断正确率和手术成功率。数字医学技术给外科医师戴上"3D眼镜",改变了外科疾病传统的诊治模式,将指引着21世纪外科发展的新方向,对指导安全实施高难度、高风险手术和促进我国数字医学发展将发挥重要作用。
In the last decade our country has experienced the rapid development which covered from the digital virtual human to the digital medicine. The research of the digital medical technology was widely applied in diagnosis and treatment of general surgical diseases, which significantly improved the accuracy rate of diagnosis and the success rate of surgery by three-dimensional reconstruction and simulation surgical techniques. The digital medical technology helps surgeons wearing "3D-glasses",which could guild surgeons to securely perform some highly difficult or high-risk operations. The digital medical technology is improving the traditional surgery mode of diagnosis and treatment, and it would guild the new direction of 21st century surgery. Additionally, it plays an important role for the development of the digital medicine in our country.
