摘要
文中以西安市为例运用SWOT分析方法对科技优势转化为发展优势进行内、外部分析,提炼出内部优势、劣势及外部环境中的机遇、威胁,建立相应的SWOT分析矩阵,从优势-机遇、优势-威胁、劣势-机遇、劣势-威胁4个方面提出推动西安市科技优势转化为发展优势的具体策略。
The paper analyzed the advantages of scientific and development in Xi＇ an by using SWOT analysis method, which is based on internal and external analysis;then by refining the internal strengths, weakness and the opportunity, threats in the external environment, the paper established the corresponding SWOT matrix, put forward the concrete strategies to pro- mote the scientific advantages into the development advantages in Xi＇ an from four aspects, which are strength-opportunity, strength-threat, weakness-opportunity, weakness-threat.
