摘要
研发投入为企业在激烈的市场竞争中持续保持核心竞争力提供重要基础,但研发投入具有高成本、高风险和高复杂性特征,因此企业的研发决策受到多因素的影响。本文基于模糊集定性比较分析方法,研究微观、中观和宏观多层次6个影响因素对高新技术企业研发投入的多重并发因果关系及多元路径,研究发现5条不同的路径有助于激励企业高研发投入,这5条路径可以归纳为创新资金驱动、外部环境驱动和多资源驱动。综合宏观、中观和微观等多个视角考虑多因素联合作用对企业研发投入决策的影响,不仅有助于全面把握高新技术企业研发投入的影响机制,而且回答了不同因素对研发投入的影响是否存在互补或替代作用,研究结论为有效激励企业创新提供路径和启示。
R&D investment is the foundation for enterprises to maintain sustainable development capacity in the increasingly intensified market competition.However,innovation input has the characteristics of high risk,high cost and high complexity,and enterprises innovation decisions are affected by the combination of multiple conditional variables.Based on fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis,this study explores the multiple conjunctural causation of six factors at microscopic layer,middlescopic layer and macroscopic layer on R&D investment of high-tech enterprises.This research found five different paths which are helpful to promote enterprises to invest in high innovation.These five paths can be classified into three types named as innovation fund driven,environment driven and multi-resource driven.Considering the influence of multiple factors on R&D investment,it not only helps to fully grasp the influence mechanism of R&D investment of high-tech enterprises,but also answers whether there are complementary or substitutive effects of different factors on R&D investment.The conclusions provide paths and inspiration for effectively stimulating enterprises innovation.
