三维荧光二阶校正法快速测定胡黄连及体液中香草酸的含量 被引量:2

摘要 利用三维荧光结合自加权交替三线性(SWATLD)算法在未经过特殊分离的情况下,研究了中药胡黄连和人体液等复杂背景下香草酸定性及定量分析.实验结果显示,中药胡黄连中香草酸的平均含量是0.504 1%,平均回收率是98.4%,在人体尿液和血液体系中的平均回收率分别是93.1%和89.7%.分辨得到香草酸的解析光谱与真实光谱几乎完全重合.实验结果说明,这种方法可以在有未知干扰组分共存的情况下对香草酸进行准确而有效的定性及定量测定. This work presents an approach for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of vanillic acid in rhizoma picrorhizae and body fluids by using excitation-emission matrix (EEM) fluorescence coupled with second-order calibration based on self-weighted alternating trilinear decomposition (SWATLD) algorithm. The experimental results show that the content of vanillic acid in rhizoma picrorhizae is 0. 504 1% ,and the average recovery is 98.4%, the average recoveries in plasma and urine are 93. 1% and 89. 7%,respectively. The resolved spectra coincide well with the fluorescence spectra actually. The method can be used for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of vanillie acid even in the presence of unknown interferences.
