摘要
目的分析心肾温补汤联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选择2014年6月—2015年12月在我院心内科接受治疗的CHF病人108例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各54例,两组基线资料比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组行西药治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上给予心肾温补汤治疗。观察心肌功能积分、中医证候积分,左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVED)、心输出量(CO)、每搏输出量(SV)、类胰岛素生长因子-1(IGF-1)、肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)、N末端脑钠肽前体(N-BNP)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、不良反应等指标。结果治疗1疗程后两组心肌功能积分、中医证候积分、LVEF、LVED、SV、IGF-1、cTnT、N-BNP、HCY等指标均显著改善,试验组上述指标改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率(92.59%)显著高于对照组(75.93%),组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。结论心肾温补汤联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭安全有效。
Objective To investigate the effect of Xinshen Wenyang decoction（XWD）and western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure（CHF）.Methods One hundred and eight patients with CHF and divided into two groups：control group（n=54）treated with western medicine routine treatment,and treatment group（n=54）treated with routine treatment plus XWD for one months.The myocardial function score,traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）syndrome integral,left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）,left ventric-ular end diastolic dimension （LVED）,cardiac output （CO）,stroke volume （SV）,insulin like growth factor 1 （IGF 1）,cTnT,N terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide（N BNP）,homocysteine（Hcy）and adverse reactions were observed.Results After treat-ment,the myocardial function integral,TCM syndrome score,LVEF,LVEDd,SV,IGF 1,cTnT,N BNP,Hcy were improved in two groups,which in treatment group was significantly better than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in treatment group （92.59%）was significantly higher than that in the control group （75.93%,P〈0.05）.No obvious adverse reactions was found during the treatment in two groups.Conclusion XWD and western medicine is safe and effective in CHF.
