摘要
食品工业是目前国民经济的重要组成部分之一。而且食品添加剂是作为食品工业的重要组成角色,是食品工业方面的新增长点。没有食品添加剂就没有现代食品。文章对食品添加剂的基本信息和内涵及其在日常食品加工中所起的作用,有关食品添加剂新兴行业存在的诸多问题,以及对于食品添加剂的行业现状进行措施改善等方面进行了概述。
The food industry is a big important part of the current national economy .The food additive play an important role in food industry,is a new growth area. No food additives has no modem food. This paper did an overview of the basic information and its connotation of the food additive, as well as the role in everyday food processing, there are many issues concerning China’s food additive present in this emerging industry, as well as the current situation of China’s food additive industry measures to improve and so on.
