摘要
为进一步提高梅花鹿人工输精的受胎率,研究了同期发情与试情两种不同的处理方法对受胎率的影响,结果表明:试情方法准胎率72.3%,明显高于同期发情方法准胎率62.45%,两种方法的准胎率差异显著(P<0.05),说明试情方法可以获得比较好的产仔效果。
In order to further improve the conception rate in artificial insemination of Sika deer, the effects of two kinds of different processing methods-estrus synchronization and teasing on the conception rate were studied. The results showed that the conception rate by teasing method was 72.3%, significantly higher than that by estrus synchronization methods 62.45%, so the teasing method could obtain better litter effect.
