摘要
[目的]探索一种高效、低耗的牛同期发情方法,为后期的胚胎移植奠定基础。[方法]选择120头健康经产黄牛作为胚胎移植受体,随机分为3个组。Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组黄牛分别采用1次注射4.0 mg前列腺素法、阴道栓+4.0 mg前列腺素法和阴道栓+0.4 mg前列腺素+2 m l促卵泡素法进行同期发情处理。比较不同方法的同期发情率、输胚率和淘汰受体牛率。[结果]Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组黄牛的同期发情率分别为80.0%和77.5%;Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组黄牛的输胚率分别为27.5%、60.0%和45.0%。[结论]采用阴道栓+4.0 mg前列腺素法为最佳的黄牛同期发情方法。
[Objective] To find an efficient and low-consumption estrus synchronization method and thus to provide the basis for embryo transfer.[Method] A total of 120 healthy multiparous yellow cattle were selected as receptor cows for embryo transfer.They were divided into three groups randomly.To induce estrous synchronization,the cattle in the group I were injected 4.0 mg PG(prostaglandin);those in the group II were transplanted with vaginal embolism containing 4.0 mg PG;and those in the group III were transplanted with vaginal embolism containing 0.4 mg PG and 2.0 ml FSH(follicle-stimulating hormone).The rate of estrous synchronization,rate of embryo transfer and rejection rate were compared between different treatments.[Result] The rates of estrous synchronization of the group I,II and III were 0,80.0% and 77.5%,respectively,and their rates of embryo transfer were 27.5%,60.0% and 45.0%.[Conclusion] Vaginal embolism combined with PG and FSH is the optimum method to induce estrus synchronization in yellow cattle.
