摘要
目的:利用无尺度网络方法探析治疗溃疡性结肠炎的灌肠方药,为中医外治法治疗本病提供重要的数据资料和信息指导。方法:将该院溃疡性结肠炎专病门诊病例资料进行结构化处理,利用Liquorice系统构建复杂网络,探析治疗溃疡性结肠炎的灌肠方药。结果:治疗溃疡性结肠炎的灌肠核心中药为地榆、白及、仙鹤草、紫草、黄柏、三七、甘草、苦参等。核心配伍21对。结论:溃疡性结肠炎灌肠中药以清热燥湿、活血化瘀、凉血止血、敛疮生肌为主,客观反映了中医外治组方选药的一般规律与特点,指导临床用药,更好的发挥中医药特色优势。
Objective:To deal with information processing about ulcerative colitis outpatient cases by using complex network methods and provide important data and information guide for the Chinese medicine treatment of this disease. Methods : Ulcerative colitis disease specialist outpatient data was collected to deal in structure. Use Liquorice system to build complex networks to find enema medication in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Results : Core enema medication for the treatment of ulcerative colitis were Diyu ( garden buenet), Baiji ( salep), Xianhecao ( agrimony), Zicao (lithospermum) , Huangbai (phellodendron) , Sanqi ( panax noto-ginseng), Gancao ( glycyrrhiza), Kushen ( sophora), etc. There were 21 core compatibilities like Huangbai (phellodendron) - Baiji ( salep), Huangbai(phellodendron) - Diyu( garden buenet), Baiji(salep) - Diyu( garden buenet). Conclusion: Oral enema medi- cine is often used to dissipate heat and dry the damp, activate blood and absorb clots. All of these results fully reflected the Chi- nese understanding of ulcerative colitis, revealing the treatment path and medication characteristics. From an objective point of view it reflected the general rules and characteristics of prescription and medicine selection in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ulcerative colitis, conforming to the previous knowledge and clinical practice understanding system. The complex net- work application value has better feasibility of TCM compound compatibility.
