摘要
在高等教育国际化进程中,高校是实施的主体,但政府在政策制定、经费投入、服务提供方面起着不可替代的作用。近年来,贵州省政府重视对外开放,高等教育国际化也得到长足发展。对贵州省政府在推动高等教育国际化进程的作用进行分析,并针对政府统筹协调不足,顶层设计欠缺,服务效率不够高等方面提出相应的对策建议,旨在促进贵州高等教育国际化进程,助推贵州经济社会又好又快发展。
While in the process of internationalization of higher education, colleges and universities are the major participants, government plays an irreplaceable role in terms of policy making, fund and service providing. Thanks to the provincial government＇ s great importance to opening up to the outside in recent years, the internationalization of higher education developed rapidly. In this paper, the governments＇ role in promoting the internationalization of higher education in Guizhou is analyzed, and corresponding suggestions for the government to improve overall planning and coordination, upgrade top - level designing, and provide more efficient services, are put forward. The study aims at enhancing the internationalization of higher education to bring about sound and rapid economic and social development in Guizhou.
