在介绍知识管理和创新能力的相关理论基础上,分析了大学生个人知识管理和创新的关系,提出了基于大学生个人知识管理的创新能力培养的相关措施。
The article analyzes the relationship between college students＇ personal knowledge management and innovation on the introduction of knowledge management and innovation ability on the basis of relevant theories, puts forward relevant measures of cultivating the innovation ability based on college students＇ personal knowledge management.
