摘要
如何进行大学生创新能力的培养成为当前高校亟待解决的问题之一,借鉴知识管理理论中将知识划分为显性知识和隐性知识的方式,分析大学生创新能力构成要素的表现形式,结合大学生创新成果产生规律,针对高校特点尝试性构建大学生创新能力培养体系,为大学生创新能力的培养提供参考。
How to cultivate students＇ innovative ability has become one of the important problems to be solved. From the theory of knowledge management, knowledge is divided into the way of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge.So we analysis composition factors of college students＇ innovative ability, combined with the procedure of innovative achievements, we tried to establish training system of innovative capability of college students.In order to provide reference for the cultivation of students＇ innovation ability.
