摘要
对北京某黏土的化学成分进行了XRD分析,并研究了不同黏土含量(占砂子质量5%、10%)对不同聚羧酸超塑化剂掺量(折固掺量0.10%,0.12%,0.15%)的影响。结果表明,该黏土占砂子质量的10%、聚羧酸掺量为0.1%时该黏土对砂浆微坍落度初始流动度及保持性能有较大的影响。试验对不同的有机及无机抗泥剂进行了测试,总体来说,不同抗泥剂对掺有黏土的砂浆微坍落度的后期流动度提高较大,初始流动性能影响并不明显甚至有所降低。TD-1与六偏磷酸钠复配的抗泥效果最佳,总掺量为黏土质量的0.5%。
The chemical composition of one clay from Beijing was analysis via X-ray diffraction(XRD).The influence of clay(5% and10% by the weight of sand)on the performance of polycarboxylate superplasticizer(at the dosage of 0.10%,0.12% and 0.15%)was studied.The results indicating that the clay at the mass ratio of 10%,performed significant impact on the initial as well as the retention fluidity of mortar when the dosage of polycarboxylate superplasticizer at 0.10%.The effects of both the organic and inorganic anti-clay agent were measured.Generally,these anti-clay agents counteracted the negative affect of clay better on the fluidity retention than that on the initial fluidity.The blending of TD-1 and sodium hexametaphosphate showed the optimized anti-clay effect and the dosage was 0.5% by the weight of clay.
