聚氨基酸衍生型膦酸基减水剂的合成与性能研究

摘要 通过聚琥珀酰亚胺(PSI)与氨基开环反应,成功合成了一种新型聚氨基酸衍生型膦酸基减水剂(PSI-g-PEGAP),研究了该减水剂对水泥基材料的影响规律,并与聚羧酸减水剂(PCE)在硫酸盐耐受性方面进行了比较。此外,根据吸附测试、动态光散射表征等,分析了PSI-g-PEGAP与水泥颗粒的相互作用。结果表明:通过引入膦酸基,明显提升了减水剂的减水、保坍性能,且平衡吸附量可增大1倍;与PCE相比,流体力学直径明显增大约10倍,对硫酸盐耐受性也有显著提高。 Through the ring-opening reaction between polysuccinimide(PSI)and amino group,a new type of polyamino acid-derived phosphate superplasticizer(PSI-g-PEGAP)was successfully synthesized.The effect rules of PSI-g-PEGAP on cement-based materials were systematically studied,and the sulfate resistance performance was compared with that of polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE).In addition,through adsorption tests,dynamic light scattering characterization,the interaction of PSI-g-PEGAP with cement particles was also carried out.The results show that the introduction of phosphate esters significantly improves the dispersion and retention performance of superplasticizer,and the equilibrium adsorption capacity is increased by 1 times.Compared with PCE,the hydrodynamic diameter of PSI-g-PEGAP is significantly increased by 10 times,and the sulfate resistance is also significantly improved.
