摘要
目的：探讨急性白血病化疗后肛周感染的观察以及护理。方法：选取2013年4月-2015年4月笔者所在医院收治的80例急性白血病化疗后肛周感染患者,将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者给予常规的护理方式,有针对性的对观察组患者给予护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果：经过护理,观察组患者总有效率为95.0%（38例）,对照组患者总有效率为62.5%（25例）,差异有统计学意义（χ~2=8.635,P〈0.01）。结论：急性白血病化疗后肛周感染患者要实施针对性的护理措施,以提高患者的生存质量。
Objective：To investigate the observation and nursing care of patients with acute leukemia after chemotherapy.Method：From April 2013 to April 2015,80 patients with acute leukemia after chemotherapy in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,and the patients in the observation group were given nursing care.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Result：After nursing,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%（38 cases）,the total effective rate of the control group was 62.5%（25 cases）,the difference was statistically significant（ χ~2=8.635,P0.01）.Conclusion：The nursing measures shall be implemented to improve the quality of life of patients with acute leukemia after chemotherapy.
