摘要
本文研究认为,在思考如何优化用户体验感之前,应从质化研究出发,首先要基于用户的视角和心理去思考产品需要具备什么必备条件。优秀的APP不仅需要在基本使用或实用功能上满足用户,还要在界面设计细微体验上精准设计,打动人心,增强用户交互动作的正向反馈、直接操作的微妙感受。文章以用户体验理论为基础,对APP界面设计进行多维度、多细节的系统切入,对视觉、交互、文字、心理等被忽视的设计细节提出了更高的体验要求。关注界面细节精准优化带来的极致体验,尤其为提升APP用户微体验,一定要以用户的舒适体验和满意使用为诉求进行APP界面的微体验精准化设计。
This study suggests that before thinking about optimizing user experience, we should begin with the qualitative research. Firstly, we should think about the products＇ necessary conditions needed based on users＇ perspective and their psychological thinking. A excellent app not only meet users＇ demand in basic application and practical function, but also need to have precise design in interface design of fine experience, impressing people and enhancing the positive feedback of user interaction action. Based on the theory of user experience, this paper presents the design app interface in multi-dimension and multi-detail system, and provided higher demand to vision, interaction writing and psychology which used to be ignored in the design process. Pay attention to ultimate experience brought by precision and detail, especially for improve the experience of micro APP, we must take the user experience and satisfaction as the basic point for our APP interface design of precision inspection.
