摘要
本文以日本东京都品川区的一所"幼小衔接"示范校为案例,分析该校在"幼小衔接"上从教育管理到日常实践进行的探索。一方面,学校从深化教育目标、校园空间的建构、师生组织管理和时间配置四个方面为幼小衔接打下基础;另一方面,从师生在校的日常生活实践,"幼小衔接"的机制可以细化为:通过教师角色转变树立学生的纪律精神、通过活动与课程的衔接建立学生的合作意识与责任感,以及通过课程知识的设计培养学生认识自我与独立思考能力。
This article focuses on the transition from Kindergarten to elementary School of a model school in Japan, and analyzes the model school's administration system and its daily practice. It indicates that the model school laid the foundation for the design of transition from Kindergarten to Primary School in four aspects, which are deepening the goal of the Transition, new campus' spatiotemporal form, administration system of teachers and students, and specific school activities. The analysis of the daily practice of the school reveals that the transition mechanism are elaborated into three aspects which are forming students' discipline conception by transferring teachers' role, building students' awareness of cooperation and sense of responsibility through interaction between activity and course, and fostering their self-awareness and critical thinking by course teaching skills.
