摘要
武汉万达K7-3办公楼为超B级高度的超限高层建筑,采用框架-核心筒结构体系。从概念设计出发,通过在结构整体分析、基础选型、结构布置、抗震性能化设计、结构构件专项设计等方面的反复对比和深入研究,保证了结构的安全性和经济性。最后提出了设定首层为薄弱层、地震剪力放大1.25倍,提高首层框架、筒体抗震等级至特一级,设置框架柱和核心筒角部型钢以提高其承载力和延性的针对超限工程的抗震加强措施。
Wanda K7-3 office building in Wuhan is an out-of-code high-rise building, which exceeds the B-level of requirements of the code. The frame-corewall structural system is adopted. Based cottceptual design, the structure security and economy were ensured through the repeated comparison and in-depth study of overall structure analysis, foundation selection, structure arrangement, performance-based seismic design and special design of structural components and so on. Finally it proposed to set the first layer for weak layer, with seismic shear force amplified for 1.25 times. The seismic grades of frame and corewall at first layer were improved to the special level. Frame columns and section steel at corewall corners were set to improve the bearing capacity and ductility to act as the seismic strengthening measures for the out-of-code project.
