摘要
研究企业家专利意识与企业绩效的关系,有利于从理论上明确企业家专利意识影响企业绩效的作用机理,从实践上提升企业绩效。企业家专利意识可划分为三个维度:专利开发与获取意识、专利保护意识和专利经营意识。通过编制企业家专利意识的量表,并利用回归分析方法对企业家专利意识与企业绩效的关系进行实证研究。结果表明:企业家专利意识的三个维度对企业绩效均有显著的正向影响,但是企业家专利经营意识对其他两个维度与企业绩效关系的调节作用不明显。应该采取措施,强化企业家的专利意识,促进企业绩效的提高。
It is helpful for us to understand how entrepreneurs＇ awareness of patent influence the enterprise performance and improve the corporate performance from practice, in order to research the relationship between entrepreneurs＇ patent con- sciousness and enterprise performance. Entrepreneurs＇ awareness of patent rights can be divided into three dimensions： the awareness of patent invention and acquisition, the awareness of patent protection and the awareness of patent management. This paper works on the scale of the entrepreneurs＇ awareness of patent and researches empirically the relationship between entrepreneurs＇ awareness of patent and the enterprise performance. The results show that： three dimensions of entrepreneurs＇ awareness of patent show a significant positive impact on the performance of firm, but the awareness of patent management af- fects less obviously than expected the other two dimensions and the corporate performance. Measures should be taken to strengthen the awareness of entrepreneurs＇ patent rights and promote the improvement of enterprise performance.
