鼻型结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤CT表现及临床病理分析 被引量：7

摘要 目的总结鼻型结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的CT表现特点。方法回顾性分析10例经手术或活检病理确诊的鼻型结外淋巴瘤CT表现及临床资料。8例CT平扫,2例CT平扫加增强。结果 10例中,Ann-Arbor分期Ⅰ期7例,Ⅱ期3例;10例CD3、CD56、Ti A-1穿孔素及Ki67表达均阳性;病变位于鼻腔9例,呈鼻腔铸型生长,其中,单侧鼻腔8例,双侧鼻腔1例,鼻前庭皮下组织浸润6例,伴有鼻中隔粘膜梭形增厚6例,2例伴有鼻咽局部粘膜不规则增厚,3例有上颌窦口增宽,4例合并不同程度副鼻窦炎,5例伴有相邻骨质轻度吸收改变;发生于软腭及右侧口咽部1例;病变密度与横纹肌相仿,增强呈中等度强化;2例出现上颈部淋巴结肿大。结论鼻型结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的CT表现有特征性,有助于与鼻炎、鼻息肉及内翻性乳头状瘤等鉴别。
