摘要
目的：探讨软组织原发性淋巴瘤的MRI表现及临床病理学特点.方法：对2例软组织原发性淋巴瘤的临床病理学资料、MRI影像表现进行回顾分析,并复习文献.结果：2例软组织原发性淋巴瘤均位于下肢,分别呈卵圆形和不规则形,病灶直径7.0~12.0 cm.在T1WI呈等信号或略低信号,T2WI呈高信号表现,增强扫描呈轻到中度强化.结论：淋巴瘤原发于软组织者罕见,MRI表现肿瘤信号均匀,囊性变及坏死少见,周围肌间筋膜存在脂肪间隙是其特征.
Objective ：To explore the MRI manifestations and clinicopathologic characteristics of the primary lymphoma in the soft tissue. Methods： The clinicopathological data and MRI manifestations of two eases of primary tissue lymphoma were analyzed retrospectively, and the literature was reviewed. Results：The 2 cases of primary soft tissue lymphoma were both located in the lower extremity. One was well demarcated and the other was ill-defined. The dimension of the tumors ranged from 7 to 12 cm ,with intense or slightly low signal intensity on Tl-weighted images and high signal intensity on T2-weighted images. The tumors were mild to moderate enhanced after contrast-enhanced scans. Conclusions： Primary lymphoma in the soft tissue is rarely seen. The MRI manifest even signals, and cystis degeneration and necrosis are seldom observed;the existence of fatty clearance between muscle fascias is one of its characteristics.
