摘要
"高分四号"卫星数据产品应用服务的时效性是工程建设、管理和应用部门普遍关心的热点问题,也是评价灾害应急阶段"高分四号"卫星数据产品快速服务能力的重要指标。文章针对"高分四号"卫星及其有效载荷成像特点,在分析不同卫星成像模式下减灾应用需求的基础上,提出了"高分四号"卫星凝视、区域和机动巡查模式下,数据服务时效性测试方案以及减灾应用产品生产的时效性测试方案。结果表明,"高分四号"卫星具有很强的机动灵活性和高时效观测能力,最快能在1个半小时以内实现从需求申请到产品生产的全链路数据产品服务。通过测试发现,观测计划编排和卫星应急观测时长较短,反应速度较快,但地面数据处理、分发和传输的时长受多因素影响,时长伸缩性大。随着"高分四号"卫星长期在轨稳定运行,数据服务工作日趋稳定成熟,全链路数据服务的时效性会得到进一步提高,在国家防灾减灾救灾中的数据应用服务支撑作用将日益凸显。
The timeliness of GF-4 satellite data product and application service is a hot issue of common concern of the project construction, management and application departments, and an important indicator of GF-4 satellite quick service capability during disaster emergency. In this paper, according to GF-4 satellite and its payload imaging characteristics, disaster reduction application demands are analyzed based on different satellite imaging modes. A testing scheme of data service timeliness in GF-4 satellite gazing, region and mobile patrol imaging modes, and a testing scheme of the timeliness of the production of disaster reduction application products are put forward. The results show that the GF-4 satellite has a strong flexibility and high timely observation capabilities, the shortest time of full link GF-4 satellite data and disaster reduction application products can be within 1.5 hours. The test shows that the time are short for the satellite observation plan and the satellite emergency observation and the reaction speed is relatively high, but the duration of the ground data processing, distribution and transmission is influenced by many factors and changes largely in different imaging modes. With GF-4 satellite stable operation for long-term, data services will become more and more mature and stable. Thus, the timeliness of data service in the whole link will be further improved, and the supporting role of data application service will become increasingly prominent in the national disaster prevention and mitigation.
