摘要
随着社会经济与文化的发展,传统的基藏书库保留本制度已经不能适应当前图书馆藏书建设发展的需要,改革传统的基藏书库保留本制度已成必然。介绍了天津图书馆基藏书库的现状及其成因,提出了解决公共图书馆基藏书库饱和问题的方法。
With the socio-economic and cultural development, traditional reserved collection system already can＇t adapt to the needs of the current development of library＇ s collection construction, reforming traditional reserved collection systemof basic collection stack has become inevitable. This paper introduces the current situation of Tianjin Library＇ s basic collection stack and its reasons, and puts forward some methods for solving the saturation problem of public library＇ s basic collection stack.
