摘要
目的:强化特殊级抗菌药物的使用管理,促进临床合理使用抗菌药物。方法:组建课题组,确定研究课题;培训研究人员,学习与掌握相关法规知识;调查分析特殊级抗菌药物临床使用情况,制定与完善合理使用特殊级抗菌药物评价标准15项60余款,达到85分为用药合理;应用与实施。结果:抗菌药物使用率降低18.43%、使用强度降低9.87%、标本送检率提高16.53%;抗菌药物占药品总费用的比例降低12.72%;特殊级抗菌药物使用率降低0.14%、使用强度降低0.11%、标本送检率提高20.89%;特殊级抗菌药物使用有效性提高20.3%、安全性提高16.3%、合理性提高42.7%;该院通过国家三乙等级评审。结论:《合理使用特殊级抗菌药物评价标准》具有全面性、可行性,可在二、三级医院推广应用,对促进特殊级抗菌药物合理使用能够发挥很好作用。
Objective： To strengthen the management of special class of antibacterial agents,and promote their rational use.Methods： The evaluation criteria of rational use of special class of antibacterial agents was established by forming a subject group and determining the research topic,training the personnel to learn and master the knowledge of related laws and regulations,investigating and analyzing the special antibacterial agent clinical use,and formulating and improving the rational use of the special antibacterial drug evaluation standard（ 15 articles including 60 items）,and reaching to 85 points was considered to be the rational use of drugs.Then,it was applied and implemented. Results： In the clinic,the antibacterial drug usage was reduced by 18.43%,the use intensity was reduced by 9.87%,and the specimen examination rate was improved by 16.53%. The proportion of the antibacterial drug cost in the total drug costs was reduced by 12.72%,the special antibacterial drugs usage was reduced by 0.14%,the use intensity was reduced by 0.11%,and the specimen examination rate was improved by 20.89%. The special antibacterial drug use effectiveness was increased by 20.3%,the safety was improved by 16.3%,and the rationality was increased by 42.7%.The hospital had passed the national class2 nd grade 3 hospital assessment. Conclusions： The reasonable use of special class antibacterial drugs evaluation criteriais comprehensive and feasible,can promoted in the grade 2 or 3 hospitals,and can play a very good role in the promotion of the rational use of special grade antibacterial drugs.
