摘要
目前,互联网快速发展,通过网络招聘,企业想要用最短的时间寻求所需人才已并非难事,在很大程度上提高了招聘工作速率。本论文详细阐述了网络招聘在人力资源管理中的作用,从而深入研究网络招聘,并提出有关建议,为我国企业采用网络招聘提供一些借鉴。
Nowadays, the rapid development of the Internet, through the network recruitment, enterprises want to use the shortest time to seek the necessary talent is not difficult, and to a large extent, improve the recruitment rate. This paper describes in detail the role of network recruitment in human resource management, in order to further study the network recruitment, and put forward some suggestions for China's enterprises to provide some reference for network recruitment.
