摘要
本文不仅对农产品供应链管理的现状进行了分析,并且从质量安全与供应链绩效、过程管理与可追溯性、利益分配机制、政府监管四个角度分别论述了对农产品供应链管理创新的影响。结合实际,提出了几点管理创新的建议:创新农产品供应链组织模式,包括"农户+合作社+产地批发市场"和"合作社+企业+销售商"两种组织模式;积极发挥第三方物流的作用,推广冷链物流;农产品标准化生产。
This paper not only of the agricultural products supply chain management present situation are analyzed, and the quality safety and supply chain performance, process management and traceability, interest distribution mechanism, government regulation four angles respectively discusses the influence to the agricultural products supply chain management innovation. Combined with the actual proposed some management innovation：Innovation of agricultural products supply chain organization model, including ＂farmers ＋ cooperatives ＋ origin wholesale market＂ and ＂cooperative ＋ enterprise ＋ distributors＂ two kinds of organization mode; play an active role of the third party logistics, cold chain logistics promotion; agricultural standardized production.
