摘要
将Lib3.0引入到图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务,有利于提高非工作时段用户满意度、用户自我搜索能力,改良用户信息素养。Web3.0提供了咨询服务创新发展的环境,政策环境引领了咨询服务创新发展的方向,外界竞争形成咨询服务创新发展的动力。本文从服务观念、服务产品、服务技术手段3个方面论述了基于Lib3.0的图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务模式的创新内容,并探讨了其未来的发展方向。
Introducing Lib3.0 into the library virtual reference service is beneficial to improving users’ satisfaction during unoccupied time, users’ self-searching ability and users’ information literacy. Lib3.0 can provide environment for the innovation and development of virtual reference service; policy environment can guide the direction of virtual reference service; outside competition can form the motivation of virtual reference service. This article discussed the innovative contents of library virtual reference service based on Lib3.0 from the aspects of service concept, service products, and service technological means, and finally probed into future development direction.
