摘要
新世纪高校毕业生就业竞争是十分激烈的,只有及时地掌握大量的职业信息,才有可能把握住就业机会,在激烈的竞争中获得主动权。高校图书馆作为学校的文献信息中心,利用自身的信息资源为毕业生做好职业信息开发工作,有着不可推卸的责任和义务。文章从图书馆开发职业信息的必要性与可行性方面进行了阐述,同时对大学生职业信息开发工作中应遵循的原则、处理程序、传播方式及保障提出了自己的见解。
Employment competition among university graduates is very sharp in the New Century. Graduates grasp firmly the employment opportunity and obtain the right to take initiative during the sharp competition, so long as they promptly master a great deal of job information. Universities libraries as the center of documental information is obliged to use the information resources oneself in order to provide the job information to graduate The article expatiate the necessity and the feasibility on the development of job information of library, and give my views on the principle of the development of job information for graduate, processing program, communication mode and safeguard.
