二氧化氯对几种主要真菌毒素的降解效果研究 被引量:9

摘要 研究了不同浓度的Cl O2对黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)、玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)、呕吐毒素(DON)和伏马毒素B1(FB1)4种主要真菌毒素的降解作用,结合粮食加工工艺及Cl O2的使用状态,评价了其在液体和气体2种状态下对玉米粉及其副产物中ZEN的降解效果。结果表明,500 mg/L Cl O2对10μg AFB1、25μg ZEN、25μg FB1处理24 h,降解率分别为100%、100%、66%,而对DON无降解效果。对污染玉米及其副产物中ZEN的降解能力进一步研究,结果表明,p H值为中性的玉米粉样品,采用液体浸泡的方法降解效果更好,300 mg/L的Cl O2处理5 h即可把ZEN的含量从7 073μg/kg降至495μg/kg;而对于p H值为4、ZEN含量为7 646μg/kg的燃料乙醇生产过程中产生的废醪样品,处理20 h的ZEN降解率为57%。 This paper studies the degradation of chlorine dioxide of different concentrations in four primary my- combination of food processing technology and chlorine dioxide application conditions. The results show that except for no degradation in DON, the degradation rates of 10 μg AFB1 , 25μg ZEN, 25 μg FB1 treated by chlorine dioxide of 500 mg/L for 24 h were 100% , 100% , 66%, respectively. The results of further research on the degradation in ZEN in polutted corn and its byproducts show that the chlorine dioxide liquid immersion method to deal with the maize flour sample with neutral PH works better, the level of ZEN degraded from 7 073 μg/kg to 495 lxg/kg when treated for 5 h by chlorine dioxide at the concentration of 300 mg/L. However, for waste mash sample treated for 20 h and generated during production of the fuel ethanol whose pH value is 4 and ZEN content was 7 646 μg/kg, ZEN degra- dation rate was 57%.
