摘要
利用较温和的溶剂热法合成了砷硫属化合物As_9Cl_(20)Cs_(25)Mn_2S_(18),从X-射线衍射得知As_9Cl_(20)Cs_(25)Mn_2S_(18)属六方晶系,P6(3)/m空间群,晶胞参数为a=1.725 1(4)nm,b=1.7251(4)nm,c=1.953 7(5)nm,γ=120°,Z=2.含有零维孤立结构的砷硫属化合物由Cs阳离子、(AsS_4)^(5-)阴离子、Cl阴离子和[Mn(AsSCl3)3]4-阴离子簇组成,其中[Mn(AsSCl_3)_3]^(4-)阴离子簇是由三个四面体(AsSCl_3)^(2-)通过S原子和Cl原子共边连接一个六配位的过渡金属Mn而形成.紫外-可见漫反射光谱表明,化合物As_9Cl_(20)Cs_(25)Mn_2S_(18)为半导体.
Arsenic sulfide compound As9Cl20Cs25Mn2S18 has been synthesized under mild solvothermal conditions.The single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the sample crystallizes in the hexagonal systemP6(3)/m space group with a=1.725 1(4)nm,b=1.725 1(4)nm,c=1.953 7(5)nm,γ=120°,Z=2.The title compound is isolated structure that consists of tetrahedral anion(AsS4)^3-,free chloride anion,cesium cation as well as[Mn(AsSCl3)3]^4- that three(AsSCl3)^2- are linked six-coordination of the transition metal Mn via shared S atom and Cl atom.UV-Vis shows that the material is ionic compound.
