摘要
针对规格多样、形状特征相似的法兰零件,以突面对焊钢制管法兰为参考,建立了公称通径为25mm的参数化法兰基体模型。通过参数驱动、数据关联及族表设计功能开发了基于CREO平台的法兰标准零件库,涵盖了国家标准所规定的19个突面对焊法兰系列,实现了法兰标准件的快速调用和系统化管理,有助于法兰零件的产品改型和创新设计,同时为类似零件的系列化、标准化设计提供了重要依据。
In view of flange parts with varied specifications and similar shape features, a basis parametric model of the flange in φ25mm was set up ,which referenced to welding steel pipe flanges with raised face. Standard parts library of the flange on CREO platform was developed by means of parameters, relations and family table, which contained all 19 series of raised face welding flanges that included in Chinese standard. Rapid call and systematic management of standard flange parts were come true on that basis. Besides, the library was not only benefit for flange parts' product modifying and innovation design, but also provided an important basis to series and standard design of similar parts.
